1. Return Eligibility
- a) Printed Books: You may be eligible for a return of printed books purchased from Booksjk.com. However, please note that return eligibility is subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
- b) Digital Goods: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital goods, including e-books, audiobooks, and downloadable content. Once digital goods are purchased, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Printed Book Returns
- a) Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive a printed book that is damaged or defective, please contact us at store@booksjk.com within 7 days of receiving the book. We will work with you to provide a replacement copy or arrange for a refund.
- b) Return Authorization: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days
have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. For printed book
returns, you must contact the Author directly at store@booksjk.com
to request a return authorization. Please provide the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Book title
- Reason for the return
- c) Return Shipping: Once you receive a return authorization from the Author, you will be responsible for shipping the book back to the Author at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the book's safe return.
- d) Condition of the Book: The book must be returned in its original condition, including any accompanying accessories or materials, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Refunds and Processing
- a) Refund Method: If the Author approves the return and verifies that the book is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- b) Processing Time: Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the Author receives and inspects the returned book.
- c) Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and fees for digital goods are non-refundable.
